I received the first book in this series for free and decided to give it a try. It was so exciting, I couldn’t put it down. But the cliffhanger ending left me with no choice but to buy the second part of this serial so that I could see the ending. I am so glad I chose to read this series!
Book 1 begins when Jade is 14 years old and shopping with her little sister Macy. Charmed by a doll salesman, the girls accept a ride home from him and end up in the clutches of a madman who locks them away and tortures them for four years. When Jade escapes without her little sister and can't find her way back to the cabin where she left her little sister, she makes it her life mission to find her sister and bring the madman to justice. However, no amount of police work uncovers their location and she grows increasingly disheartened. Soon she discovers grisly crime scenes, and it becomes apparent that her captor is back and looking for her. Book 2 delves into her loving relationship with a man she adores and the price she and her family are forced to pay for her escape when she was younger.
There was a powerful conclusion to this story and an equally powerful start. It jumps into the meat of the plot immediately and doesn’t let up until the very end. My heart was pounding for Jade and Dillon from page one. The authors had no mercy on their readers! Fortunately, I wasn’t looking for any. Having said that, this book is horror and is not for the faint of heart. If you have any triggers, this book is not for you. There is consensual and non-consensual sex, grisly violence, and explicit language. This book would appeal to readers of Pepper Winters, A. A. Dark, and CJ Roberts.
This was a 4-star read for me. I plan to purchase this series in paperback in the hopes of meeting the authors and having the books autographed. I recommend readers buy both books in the series to get a complete story. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys a dark read.

Whoa! This crazy ride picks right up where it left off in Pretty Stolen Dolls. Jade has quickly become one of my favorite heroines! She is so strong, so resilient, and she NEVER gives up! And Dillon…. Let’s just say don’t we ALL wish we could have a man in our lives like him??... **swoons**
“Love is a savage beast trapped within me, thickening, and savoring its desire laid out before it. Everything will soon be right. She needs time to come to terms with the facts. She will never get another chance to be away from me. She. Is. Mine.”
Benny… what a piece of work he is. If you thought he was messed up in Pretty Stolen Dolls, Pretty Lost Dolls takes it to a whole new level and gives you a better idea of what it’s like to live in his mind. It’s told from the perspective of Benny, Dillon, and Jade! As far as antagonists go, Benny has one of the more deep seeded obsessions with his victims than I’ve seen in other books that I’ve read, and because his obsessions turn deadly, it keeps you on your toes with all the twists and turns the book takes! My emotions seemed to change as quickly as I turned the pages and devoured this book!
“I came to rely on her being in this room. Waiting for me whenever the desire to be inside her beckoned. But then … she was no more. My dirty little doll. She bested me and broke free from the chains of my love.”
If you haven’t read Pretty Stolen Dolls yet, I highly recommend that you do prior to reading this book. This book brings us and Jade back into the clutches of Benny’s dark and depraved world as Jade tries to make sense of not just Benny, but her sister as well and everything that has happened since she was last imprisoned by the devil himself. Just when you thought that your heart couldn’t hurt anymore for Jade and what she had to endure during the first book, this story takes what’s left of your heart and chops it up into little pieces, and then feeds them to you with a spoon.
“You belong to me,” he snarls. “You’re f****** mine. This face.” The palm of his hand splays over my entire head and the weight of his body keeps me pinned despite my efforts to shove him from me. “This body.” He grinds against me to drive home his words. “Your soul.”
If you loved the first book then this is a MUST read! It takes you to DARK places and shows you horrors that you wouldn’t wish upon your worst enemy. It’s both the love (which really is savage) and the hate that is shared and discovered throughout this whole series that keeps you going and wanting to know more!!
“Do you feel this?” he questions, his dark gaze boring into me. I nod and blink away the tears threatening to spill. “It’s yours, beautiful. And when you were gone, you took it with you. We’re fused by this connection, Jade, and no matter where you are or how far we are from each other, I’m always inside you. Not him,” he murmurs.”
First off you have to prepare yourself for this book, then you need to hold on because you are in for the roller coaster ride of your life!! Benny is absolutely CRAZY and proves it over and over again!! If you haven't read Pretty Stolen Dolls yet, you really need to before you dive into this one!! This book is your worst nightmare coming true and it's happening on the pages in front of you!!! I won't tell you anything about this book because you need to experience every heart pounding, soul crushing word for yourself!! I was "all in" from the first word until the last and it stayed with me long after I was finished. I had a "book hangover" that had me thinking about this review for days!! So I can't recommend this book enough, but I have a feeling if you read Pretty Stolen Dolls you don't need me to tell you how awesome this book is to get you to read it. So find a comfortable place to get lost in this book and get ready to go through so many emotions you won't know what hit you!!! Enjoy!!
The minute I finished Pretty Stolen Dolls I was counting the days until Pretty Lost Dolls released this book did not disappoint. It was dark twisted and so many unexpected things happened. I kept rooting for Macy to snap out of her sickness but I feel like she was handled the only way she really could be. I loved having Benny's POV it explain so much.I loved everything that happened it made sense in these characters crazy lives. I know this is a 2 book series, but that ending are you sure there won't be more?
